These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services operated by Securu and set out the rules for placing orders, membership in the discount club, payment, cancellation, complaints and liability. These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of Poland, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (ustawa o prawach konsumenta), the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) together with the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.
The services described on this website are provided by:
All correspondence, questions, complaints and requests regarding these Terms or personal data should be directed to the contact details above.
Securu operates a local services discount club, giving members access to negotiated discounts and offers from local service providers within Poland. Securu acts as an intermediary presenting offers and discount codes; the underlying services are performed by independent third-party providers, who remain solely responsible for the quality, execution and legality of the services they render.
Orders for a membership, discount voucher or offer are placed electronically through the website by completing the relevant order form and submitting the required details. An order is considered placed once the visitor confirms the order summary and submits payment details, if applicable.
A confirmation of the order is sent to the email address provided by the visitor. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order by Securu and forms a binding agreement between the visitor and Securu. If any element of the order is unavailable or incorrect, Securu will notify the visitor without undue delay and offer a correction, refund, or cancellation.
All prices displayed on the website are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable Polish VAT unless stated otherwise. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is the final price payable, unless a separate discount, promotional code or membership tier applies.
Payment is processed through the payment method selected during checkout. The price paid covers access to the discount club membership or the specific voucher/offer purchased; it does not include the cost of the underlying third-party service itself, unless explicitly stated in the offer description.
Consumers in Poland have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights. To exercise this right, the consumer should notify Securu by email at [email protected] with a clear statement of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance of the service (e.g. immediate activation of a voucher) and has acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, in accordance with Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights.
Complaints regarding the operation of the website, membership, or a purchased offer may be submitted by email to [email protected], including a description of the issue and the order reference. Complaints will be reviewed and answered within 14 calendar days. Complaints concerning the quality of services performed by third-party providers should also be reported to Securu, which will forward them to the relevant provider.
Securu is liable for the proper functioning of the website and the accurate presentation of offers, but does not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of services rendered by independent third-party providers. To the extent permitted by Polish law, Securu's liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in the discount club is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers under Polish law.

Visitors may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion or objection by contacting [email protected]. Complaints regarding data processing may also be lodged with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available under Polish law.
